What
We journey inward. We awaken. We listen. To ourselves. To our Mother God.
Why
To honour the Sacred Pause.
To fill our lungs with the Breath of Life.
To return to ourselves & to our Beloved.
To discover our hidden wholeness.
To be rewilded.
Come join us…

When
Contemplative Eucharist, Thursday nights, 8.15pm-9pm
Our Chapel is lit only by candles, and frankincense wafts through the air. From 8.15pm, a small group begin to arrive, take off our shoes, and quietly enter.
For the first 15 minutes we simply sit, breathe, and listen to music softly playing. Time to relax into the space.
At 8.30pm, someone leads us in a half hour reflection. Sometimes there is more words; sometimes there is more silence. The focus is always being present to ourselves, to the day we’ve just had, and to the presence of the Divine with us.
Our reflection leads us to the sharing of the Eucharist/Communion – the sharing of bread & wine. This is an optional part of the reflection for anyone who would like to partake, along with an opportunity to lay a stone or light a candle as a wordless prayer.
We finish at 9pm. Some leave quietly into the evening, others stay for a chat.
You are warmly welcome to join us.
