Dwell is a local neighbourhood hub in Ascot Vale, the venue is located just a stone’s throw from Union Rd and easily accessible by public transport. A full kitchen and second kitchenette make it easy to self-cater events. Dwell offers a range of great meeting spaces for community groups, programs, activities and events.
Hall

This is an adaptable and multi-purpose space. During the week it is available to regular tenants, we have had an alternative school, a community health organisation and now an art class as after-school care & holiday programme. It is also suitable for family celebrations and community events.
Co-worker space

We have hot desk workspaces around the building. There is generally somewhere to perch depending on what else is happening in the building.

This area has it’s own kitchen and offers both dining and lounge seating – perfect for staff retreats and planning days.
Prayer Pod

This little pod is our newest addition! This beautiful contemplative space in our garden is perfect for doing strategy planning or self-work; or 1:1 conversations that benefit from more privacy such as counselling or spiritual direction.
